Our Robotics Journey
Igniting Passion for Robotics
Driven by the belief that every student has the potential to excel in robotics, our club aims to ignite passion and curiosity for robotics in every member.
About Us
We are a highly competitive high school robotics organization, primarily student-led, competing in the VEX V5 competition. We are the only program in South Tampa that provides the opportunity for any student from any high school to engage in robotics, welcoming those who are dedicated and passionate about the field.
How are we Organized?
New Recruits
New Recruits go through a course in order to join the club, in this course we teach you the basics of C++ and Computer Aided Design, these are required skills for developing a robot, joining the club is competitive, we only have 20 slots to fill for the 2025-2026 season. Student Board
More prestigious than a standard member, is a student board member, student board member's handle club spending, resource allocation, fundraising, teaching new recruits, and much much more. (Like This Website!). Positions include, President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and more, board positions are voted on annually.
Parent Board
The Parent board is the supervising structure. The primary function of the parent board is handling the club bank account, approving spending requests by the student board, and general help and advice. Beyond this, the parent board helps out in other ways, like car-pooling, general coordination for travel.
